Spend your Co-op with the Innovation team in our Strategic Customer Marketing business unit. We operate like a Start-up within one of Canada's largest Financial Services Institutions. We are looking for bright and energetic students to join us this Winter(January to April 2019).

Using foresight, research, and design thinking techniques, we envision what our world might look like in the future; get deep insights into our customers’ lives and needs, and prototype solutions that nobody’s ever seen before.
We don’t just design Apps; we create strategies, services, experiences, and new types of products. Just like our company, the scope of our work is incredibly broad – touching on everything from health wearables and mental wellness, to socially responsible investing.
Our team is a highly collaborative and diverse group of designers, anthropologists, product managers, business strategists, and more.
Additionally, we are looking for you to demonstrate your strong communication skills in your application. Links to portfolios are required for visual designers, and optional for other disciplines.
