    The Digital Services Operations group, within our Strategic Customer Marketing unit is looking for a talented co-op student to join our team as a Technical Analyst, in Toronto this Winter (January – April 2019).

     

    We operate like a start-up within one of Canada's largest Financial Services Institutions, having recently opened collaborative new spaces in London, ON and Toronto, ON. It’s a great space which we share with our Digital Services and the Innovation teams!

     

    The Work

     

    • Provide hands-on technology support to the broader Strategic Customer Marketing unit
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Mac, Windows and mobile devices)
    • Provision systems and access for new hires and assist with off-boarding
    • Work with our 3rd party vendors to procure equipment
    • Experience working with stakeholders of all levels, from practitioner to executive-level
    • Be an integral part of the Digital Services, Operations team

    • In the process of completing relevant post-secondary education in a Information Technology discipline
    • A team player, with strong collaboration skills
    • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and hungry to learn new technologies and applications
    • Ability to manage and report on the status of individual tasks
    • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written communications
    • Comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic and changing environment
    • Have relevant work, school, and/or volunteering experience (an asset)
